Bige Yildirim completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Psychology at Uludag University, Turkey. She received her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. During her master's studies, she spent a semester at the European University of Rome, Italy.
She is also active as a movement and meditation instructor. Her master's thesis focused on the relationship between postural awareness and psychological flexibility. She adopts an approach that considers individuals as integrated beings of mind and body, and she incorporates this philosophy into her therapeutic work. In this context, she offers a dual-pathway healing approach tailored to her clients’ needs—through talk therapy and/or movement therapy.
In addition, she volunteered as a field psychologist during the 2021 forest fires in Mugla, Turkey, working under the Turkish Psychological Association (TPD), and completed training in trauma and psychological first aid during this time.
She has completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has gone through the supervision process in this modality. She is also interested in existential psychotherapy and continues her education in this field. By integrating CBT and existential psychotherapy, she provides a holistic therapeutic experience for her clients.
